Bridges For Education Helping Fulfill Career-oriented Transitions

 BFE’s vision is to help students find a career and education path that leads toward a satisfying career.  The tools used in this process help to identify a students natural abilities, personal style, and interests.  Process includes personal one-on-one consultation focused on the individual needs of each student.  Through a process of self awareness a student can create a more cost and time effective education path.  I want to help people, help themselves find their raison d’etre, in hopes that this information can guide them in their pursuit of a career.  Highlands Ability Battery Test (HABT)  Strong Interest Inventory (via iStartStrong)  O*NET  Personalized Program Search Tools

 2-3 hour online test that can be broken up over multiple sittings  Focuses on the importance of 8 personal vision factors  Work/study environment  Learning channels  Problem-solving  Communication  Helps identify job position styles suited for individuals HABT

 30 minute survey  Identifies fields of interest  Combined with HABT, the Strong can point to specific jobs within fields. Strong Interest Inventory
