Success factors experienced Growing implementation of Human Rights Policies (91% - 2% more than last year) Employees, clients and suppliers are the priority stakeholders for Human Rights strategy Decreasing investment in local communities (71% - 14% less than last year) Large companies SMEs The most used policies are the Code of Conduct (24%) and internal management policies (20%) Growing implementation of concrete actions (88%), however they can´t always be considered very practical 5% of the measurement outcomes are informal (no concrete measures – total 77%)
