Introductory Paragraph Make an introduction paragraph with no more than 5 sentences with the summary of the whole main idea.

Use Parallel Structure Occurs when similar sections or elements contain similar patterns of words.

Notations Letters may include Reference initials. These indicate who keyed the letter. If the writer keyed the letter, initials are not included. An Enclosure notation alerts the reader to materials that are included in the word enclosure. page 202
