Diversity in Dialogue A Plan for Change

Today we are asking you to think about…. People with learning disabilities in Europe, are the largest group of people with a disability. People with learning disabilities in Europe, are the largest group of people with a disability. Two point four (2.4) % of the population of Europe have a learning disability.
