Sacred Heart Parent Expectations Opening Prayers….

How do we serve the Lord? “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” -Jesus Christ Dear Lord, we ask you to help us all bring forth everything we can to do God’s work by servicing his Church through our School Community at Sacred Heart. *** Our Father Hail Mary Pledge of Allegiance

Parents Participation Requirements In order to keep our school running efficiently the PTO must meet a minimum threshold of $50,000 that goes towards school operating costs. The PTO is every one of us here tonight! After our minimum requirement is met we can use money to fund scholarships for our students, field trips, curriculum, computers… In the past few years we have barely met the minimum, but only barely. This year is going to be different! We are renewed and will break through the minimum.

Golf Outing Fundraiser at the only Private Club in Newburgh!

The Powlton Club 130 Golfers Mostly friends of Sacred Heart $ to golf Lunch & Dinner Raffels, silent auction, live auction and 50/50 Each golfer gets a good bag donated by area businesses These golfers spend anywhere between $300- $500 per person in fundraising for the day.

What Can We All Do To Support this Event? Parents service requirements are to solicit $ in donations to raffle off items or adds (for the journal). This is the service requirement for every parent of our 5 th -7 th grade students. If you would rather not solicit donations we can add $ on your Smart Tuition and this obligation will be satisfied. This service obligation is not optional!

We would love for you to join us for dinner at the Golf Outing. It is $65.00 for dinner per person starting at 6:00pm. In the past we have had only 2-4 parents sign up for the golf outing and/or dinner from our school we would like to increase that number. We would like to have at least 2-3 tables of parents this year. What a great way to start off the new year, by gathering together at one of our most lucrative fundraiser and showing support for the community that supports us yearly. Please stop by the table to sign up. You can pay for the dinner in full, or leave a small deposit.

With every ticket purchased for the Golf Dinner your child will get a NUT Award! Every Ad purchased your child will get a NUT Award!

Have you thought about purchasing an ad? Just because you don’t own a business does not mean you cannot buy an ad. The PTO has sample ad’s you can purchase. What a great way to say Happy Birthday, I Love You, Have a Wonderful school year, Intentions of Prayer for the Pope etc.. Its memorialized as a keepsake in a beautiful ad book and You are supporting your school at the same time.
