Proposal for Focus Group North Shore Country Club Representative: Doug Martin

Purpose of Focus Group Challenge: Competing Area Clubs Timeline:  Group Selected: November 15 th  Invitations Sent: November 30 th  RSVP: January 10 th  Event: February 4 th Goal: To find the current “value” of North Shore Country Club in order to increase membership

Selection Process Randomly Select 10 members  5 Golf Members  3 Social/Pool/Tennis Members  2 Social Members Call and see who is interested Follow up with invitations  Focus Group will be held at the Clubhouse

February 4 th Agenda 11:45 p.m.  Welcome/Overview/Consent Forms 12:00 p.m.  Lunch 1:00 p.m.  Questionnaire 2:30 p.m.  Thank You/Departure

Methods U-Shaped Table Questions will be asked orally as well as projected on a screen With consent, there will be a video recording

Questionnaire 1. What do you believe makes North Shore Country Club unique? 2. What do you think the club could do to stand out from other clubs in the area? 3. What are your feelings toward the club's policies and code of conduct? Should anything be changed? 4. Do you feel that the way in which the club structures its initiation fees and annual dues is beneficial to attracting new members to the club? 5. What have you heard that other clubs are doing that we should take note of at NSCC?
