Mini Bot 16 Table Top Liquid Handling Workstation

Overview The Mini Bot series are rugged, compact, well engineered table top units for routine or special application lab work. The Mini Bot 16 has 8 plate positions and can store up to 60 plates on deck. It can also transfer plates to tandem units for multiple processing in more complex procedures. It comes standard with a 96 Channel (optional 384), 8 Channel and Single Channel air displacement pipettors, with disposable tips, that operate simultaneously for high throughput processing. The 8 or Single Channel can also come with fixed tips and liquid displacement pumps, either annular gear or ptfe valved syringe pumps, for filling operations from remote reservoir(s). The 8 plate rotating table is mounted on an orbital vortexor (optional) for mixing in between serial dilutions. 96 channel pipettor can pipette into quadrants for 384 well plates with assist of vortexor. There are 3 models to suit the price and needs of the individual lab. Features Compact design has 8 plate positions and stores up to 60 plates or 24 tipboxes 96 Channel (optional 384), 8 Channel and Single Channel air displacement pipettors Optional liquid displacement pumps, either annular gear or ptfe valved syringe pumps, for filling operations from remote reservoir(s) All pipettors operate simultaneously for high throughput processing Standard Plate Handling arm can also operate while pipetting is in process Units can be placed in tandem (up to 10 units) for multiple processing in more complex procedures. Plate Handler transfers plates between units Equipped with embedded computer and intuitive touch screen software Power Drive Unit contains all electronics and slides out for easy servicing Rotating table is mounted on an orbital vortexor (optional) for mixing in between serial dilutions

Mini Bot 16 – 8 Stacking Positions/ 8 Plate Positions/ Gripper/ 96(384), 8 and Single Channel Pipettors. Rotary table sits on Orbital Vortexor for mixing in between serial dilutions.

All pipettors and plate handler operate simultaneously for greatly increased throughput. Optional PTFE Valved Syringe or Annular Pump for dispensing from 8 or Single channel pipettors from remote reservoir.
