Essential Question: What are the biggest health concerns in our community and what can be done to improve the health of the population?

1. Research 2. The Clinic 3. Brochures 4. Data Collection 5. Data Analysis 6. Multimedia Presentation

1. Research Search the internet and the book to determine the top eight issues affecting the health of Hispanics. Each group will then be given one of these issues to work on.

2. The Clinic Conduct testing in class to determine cardiovascular health. Compile and analyze data from the entire class.

3. Brochures Develop brochures that will be distributed at school and at local libraries to educate the public.

4. Data Collection Survey students online about your health topic and combine that data with your testing data.

5. Data Analysis Use the data you’ve collected to make conclusions about students here at SRHS#9 and our community.

6. Multimedia Presentation Publish your findings by producing a Movie to educate the public about your topic.
