RULES Mr. Pearson and Ms Jung retain all final decision making power. Mr. Pearson and Ms Jung may add or modify rules at any point during game play. You must show all your work. Cell phones may not be used under any circumstances. Any visible cell phones at any time during the game will result in an automatic disqualification. ◦ You may not be informed of your disqualification until the end of game play. GAME PLAY Questions will be revealed once everyone is silent and has their eyes on the board. One point is given for a correct answer, whether your team was first or not. ◦ An additional bonus point is given to the first team to answer. Once your team has the answer, the designated reporter will raise his or her hand. ◦ The answer will not be revealed until all teams have completed the calculation or surrendered. THE ANSWER MUST HAVE CORRECT SIGNIFICANT FIGURES The first team to “buzz in” will give their answer. If they are incorrect, then the second team will have a chance to answer and steal the bonus point.
