CIPRO WEBSITE Type in “Customer Code” Type in “Password” Click on “Login”

After login, the next screen will be displayed Click on the left hand side on “Companies” Click on “Electronic Lodgements”

Select which Document needs to be lodged Click on selection (Example CM29)

Type in the Name of the Company Type in the Enterprise number of the company Click on “Continue”

This is the current information of the Directors. Click on “Click here to continue the submission of the CM29” if current information is correct.

The information of the current Directors will be displayed. Scroll down to “Appoint new” to add a Director

Appointment of a new Director Complete all the blank spaces. Nature of change must be completed eg: New appointment and complete appointment date. Click on Lodge CM29

Resignation of a Director. Go to “Nature of change” and type in Resignation and the date on which the Director is resigning. Click on Lodge CM29

A Submission Receipt will be allocated for lodgment Print Receipt for own records Information is electronically updated on our system Process completed

The following can be done if the information is not correct as currently displayed Click on “here to notify Data Restoration”

Current Directors will be displayed Select block under “Unknown” Type in reason example: Director was supposed to resign already in the year 2000 Scroll down and click on “Notify Data Restoration”

The next screen will be displayed A notification has been sent to the Data Restorations Department - CIPRO Please wait for a reply before retrying an e- lodgment on form CM29 for enterprise: “GLOBAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT” The data Restorations department will contact you on address:

Client will be notified via from Data Restoration section when information is updated correctly on our Database. The Client can then submit the electronic document.
