2 What is Blackboard Collaborate? Blackboard Collaborate webinar software facilitates the provision of off-site guest lectures and webinars to students. This system provides multi-way audio and video communication along with an online ‘whiteboard’ facility as well as the sharing of presentation materials and applications. The additional facility to record webinar sessions enables the content to be reused for reference and revision purposes.
