(long-term, developmental) 5.Objectives. (shorter term, sub-elements contributing to goals) Implementation of Strategy The College Team Development Plan translates the Strategic Plan into an Action Plan which identifies priority Deliverables (specific projects) which contribute to the achievement of Objectives/Goals with a strong operational focus.
