Key Changes Event based process for all academic approval and periodic review activity (arranged from 1 January 2015) Combined documentation for UG and PGT Independent External Academic Advisor Student involvement in design & development and approval Updated quality and standards indicators (FHEQ-DAB, UK Quality Code for HE, Subject benchmark statements) QAS process review (2 stage process)

Chairs and Secretaries Please note …. Chairs and Secretaries will be offered mentoring to support them in their role. This will be provided by experienced Chairs and Secretaries. Colleagues who wish to be mentored can express interest on today’s attendance sheet. Staff development is compulsory to fulfill the role of Chair or Secretary.
