Problem Statement Globalization Individuals, teams, and organizations make critical errors because of culture Market need for tools and expertise in cross cultural competence (3C)

Project Requirements Finalize Sekai (iOS version and integration with FIT app, and ICCM website) – Culture app designed by seniors in 2014 – App that allows comparison of individual and team data to Hofstede data – Graphically represented (infographics), allowing comparisons – Companion website that allows uploaded content

Project Requirements GLOBEstyle app (iOS and Android) – Global Leadership development tool – Similar to Sekai, except with GLOBE Leadership data – Individual completes leadership preference items, allowing a graphic comparison to GLOBE data – Integrated with Guided Mindfulness (learning passport) – Allows leaders to learn from experience through a series of guided questions prior to and after an event – Event based reflection with captured verbal response data – Have the ability to store data and pull it into a formatted dashboard for review
