Pharmaclick Remote advice and dispensing for pharmacy services Aimed at: – locations without good pharmacy coverage and outreach locations i.e. Campus sites etc. – Out of hours services – Greater convenience (matching rising expectations)‏ – Using panels of pharmacists to give option of multi language / specialist services support. Important deployment lesson learned

Pharmaclick Current platform provides basis for future development – Built in card reader and doc scanner capability can be expanded to cater for ePrescriptions? – Portal to 'NHS Direct' services? – Investigations into sports medicine and 'exercise prescription' based in sports centres is ongoing. – Can be used for any 'interactive advice' service, not limited to Pharmacy. – Strong interest from Supermarkets and others – Robust Identity verification capability is Key
