State Aid prepares the Agreements for  Force Account (FA)  Right of Way (ROW)  Preliminary Engineering (PE)  Construction Engineering (CE) State Aid Finance sets up the encumbrance in FCRB

After the encumbrance has been setup, the Agreement has been signed and executed and work has been completed you may send in a request for payment. The request must be signed, dated and approved by the Engineer, DSAE & State Aid before a payment can be made State Aid Finance.

To verify that the agreement has been set up in FCRB you can run the Project Setup report from our website.  Select SAAS Reports, then enter password  Select Federal Aid Projects and Agreement Reports  Project Setup  Enter your Project Number in XXX-XXX-XXX format and View Report
