Reporting mechanism A reporting scheme (= monitoring) is described in the FA Yearly, during the first 3 years to the Social Dialogue Committee ( ) = table After 4 years (2008) = full report Therefore, the ‘in & out’ communication is essential Internally with your affiliates & at national level At EU-level = with us The 3 seminars were the 1st step Here we will also use the monitoring tool = your contributions
Monitoring Tools & procedures are needed to conduct the impact analysis effects of the FA Qualitative report (1st yr) Quantitative aspects The checklist that we have used allows us to monitor the implementation of the agreement within the EU’s different countries
Impact Assessment The impact assessment will consist of Quantitative data (from the report, etc.) Qualitative data: Did we succeed to decrease stress at work? Which were the main ‘pros & cons’ of the FA? How could we improve the instrument? Develop future instruments? Etc.
