March 2nd Dear Diary, I get to go to the Storyboard convention! I am so excited but I found out that Rebecca is also going, I can’t go anymore! What if she doesn’t like me? What if she takes one look at me and walk away? This will ruin our friendship. She will not like me the minute she sees me. I have got to get out of this. But how? -Jason Blake

March 6th Dear Diary: I made it to Dallas. It is so hot here. I wish dad and my little brother, Jeremy, were here with me. I got to the convention and a girl came up to me. She has one hand toward the table and in the other hand, she has a cane. She is blind. She talks to me. I don’t have to answer, I already know it is her. She is Rebecca Stone. -Jason Blake

March 8th Dear Diary, I see Rebecca before I leave Dallas. It is at the party for all the Storyboard conventioneers. I want to ask her if she will be my girlfriend, I want to tell her that her hair smells like strawberries and baby powder. But she just says that she likes my stories and she hopes I will write to her still. I get home and complete my story about a dwarf who wants to grow taller. He wants to get an operation, but before he does, he takes one good look at himself in the mirror, then he says he changed his mind. This is who I am. This is me. -Jason Blake
