Background The solar decathlon team is building the house on at the event. The house must be done in 5 days, before the start of the competition. There will be several hundred tasks required to build the house. The team needs a task scheduling app to help build the house quickly.

Problem/Solution The team needs a scheduling app to help build the house quickly. Devised an app that can take tasks with dependencies and build a scheduling graph. App can take data generated by scheduling graph and use it to advise task decisions. Work team tracking/communication abilities. App can provide status updates and modify critical path of project as needed.

Work Done: Data Generation The app generates and displays important task information to Dr Blouin, helping him with making important task delegation decisions. This data includes critical paths, maximal paths from tasks not on the critical path, the time a task takes, the teams on the task, which teams are available, build skills required by tasks, teams that have certain build skills, etc. This data will give Dr. Blouin a good picture of the building process and help him to make good decisions with delegating tasks.
