High Performance Gymnastics What does it look like?

GA Pathways overview Enhancing the capacity and capability of GA talent development pathways Includes the programs and coaches which support targeted pre-elite athletes towards becoming members of GA’s National Programs and Teams for Olympic gymsports in the future AWE – only currently Olympic gymsports

FTEM model When referring to Athlete development pathways we utilise the FTEM Model which provides an athlete development framework that has been generated by multidisciplinary sport practitioners.
