Design Ideas 1.Keywords, Design and SEO optimization - The new site and presentation will be structured in a most favorable way, so it is relevant and comes up on searches. The more relevant the site, the higher motivation from the members to participate. 2.Easy access to Articles, News, Video, Music and other media submit ion to keep the site rich and ever evolving. Key element of the platform will be easy to manage and upload content by the site management (not by programmers or third parties) 3.Mobile, Pad and Web versions to keep audience engaged regardless of the devices used with specifically built Mobile Applications for ease of use and navigation. 4.Easy exposure of content and Social feeds (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) updates, which will give member one centralized space for interacting with other members of the Compact

Overall Design and Layout Tabbed Navigation of most used / most preferred content customizable by member, organization, type of content Easily Customizable Menus addressing the ever-changing nature of the content Video and Rich Media content easily uploadable or linked from other relevant sites

Overall Design and Layout Most recent and strategic communications and decisions News about past and upcoming conferences and meetings Forum and Blog components allowing members to post issues, questions and opinions to the group or individual members

Additional Considerations 1.Auto-responders and updates - keeping all subscribed up to date – depending on level of subscription and preferences, automatic notifications will be delivered (based on preferred method) on daily, weekly or customized interval bases 2.Group discussions - involving members and non-members in topics interesting for everyone – including automatically updated content from other social sites 3.Special offerings and discounts available only for members or groups engaging and incentivizing members to participate and interact with the site 4.All communications and updates stored and kept in a specially designed ‘lightweight’ CRM system keeping track and key information related to each member

Engagement Platform Business Intelligence 1.Continuous tracking of members' interests and behavior providing them with whats most relevant to them. 2.Continuous and real-time tracking of all KPIs (derived from a prioritized list of goals, that the organization is trying to achieve) 3.Providing insights to members and partnering organizations understanding how future changes can engage members even further
