Business Model and Revenue X.PIP.co is not a Dream. It is Reality -demonstrable today. The Concept and technology is Patent Pending Not only does X.PIP.co have the potential of $100,000,000+ in recurring annual revenues… 1.It provides a target marketing list of Hotspot owners. 2.The re-direction URL if someone goes to an x.pip.co at an unregistered site can be licensed to 1 or more of the GPS location- based search engines or E-Commerce Coupon Companies. As the Virtual Network Server (VNS) is merely a URL re- director, a single Server with it’s mirror backup can service >250 million registered sites and Billions of users anywhere in the world in ANY language for ANY Domain / suffix. 6 January 2016Confidential, Copyright and Patent Pending by PIP.co Inc. 4

Provisional Patent Claims related to the content of this PPT as background & illustration. 1.Independent (IND) – A Specialized DNS server called a Virtual Network Server (VNS) that is connectable by Hotspots with Internet connectivity providing that following functions. By example we illustrate it’s operation as the Primary Name Server for the PIP.CO domain. 1.DEP – Provides licensing information database as to features enabled on the Server 2.DEP – Additionally the External IP and PORT of the Registering User and the Internal Subnet IP of the Hotspot are stored in a local database. 3.DEP – Provides re-direction of and to the actual Web & registration servers. 4.DEP – Provides MX record support to the PIP.CO mail server. 5.DEP - If a device connected to a particular Hotspot makes a request to a reserved Domain Name Prefix e.g. the VNS searches its database for the IP and subnet and is then immediately re-directed to the URL registered in the database bringing you right to the local Store page or alternatively to the Master Website for the chain or to a predefined alternative URL if the site is not found. 1.DEP – In order to avoid the browser caching the redirection of x.pip.co causing the browser to go to the previous URL when you move to a new Hotspot, the VNS does a double re- direction thus preventing the caching. It is the 2 nd re-direction that links to the target URL. 2.Independent (IND) – Any Web-Connected System utilizing the requesting IP and Subnet as the location differentiating criteria rather than GPS etc. 6 January 2016Confidential, Copyright and Patent Pending by PIP.co Inc. 5
