Zimbabwe is a mineral rich country with great potential for further discoveries. The sector contributes about 50% of the country’s foreign exchange earnings. The agriculture sector is the mainstay of the economy which contributes 15.5% of the countries GDP. Zimbabwe is a famous tourist destination in Africa and boasts a number, of internationally renowned tourist attractions and a favourable year round weather conditions.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES Development of Tourism Infrastructure that include resort towns such as Victoria Falls and Kariba. Investment of $5-7 billion is needed to grow the sector Zimbabwe remains behind in exploration as the country has not in exploration in the last 10 years. Opportunities therefore exist for investors to explore Zimbabwe’s mineral wealth.

WHY ZIMBABWE? Highly skilled and literate workers. Centrally and strategically located in the Southern African Region. Diversified economy – manufacturing, services, agriculture, mining and tourism. Use of multiple currencies thus minimizing exchange risks. Political stability. The Chinese are taking advantage of this great investment opportunity.
