Eye-Contact  Cultural  Helps the audience to connect with you  Gives you a way to gauge the audience  Helps your pronunciation

Voice Quality  Use pause to help your intonation  Speak loud enough for everyone to hear you  Don’t scream!  Use emphasis on particular words
