Overview of Impact Impact system tracks all services and problems Piloting new online “Help Yourself” option within Impact Form can be submitted anytime but requests will only be addressed during business hours 24/7 support for offline sites only

Production and Staging Server Currently reviewing server for sites and user accounts that are no longer in use to target for removal Plan to decommission by 1/1/2005 Sites that wont be migrated to portal by 2005 will be moved to a Windows 2003 Server We will provide a migration plan to all agencies that we consider in scope

Production and Staging Server (cont.) All Access Databases need to be moved to Database server utilizing SQL Server Agencies can still manage DB in Access and DOIT’s DBA Group will set them up to convert to SQL DBA Group is looking for volunteers to move simple DB’s now.

Ultraseek Currently running 4.4; upgrading to 5.2 Significant features added to product Code changes may be required when upgrade is applied

Webtrends Currently running 5.0; upgrading to eBusiness 6.1 New feature highlights include non- standard date comparisons and client side scheduled reports Upgrade is taking place the week of April 5, Please be aware reporting may not be available that week
