DIRAC Phase 1 Reporting, Dec. 1 st, 2005 Periodic reports Periodic Activity Report: (one per project year) What is this ? Description of the work performed and comparison with the original plan (=text of the contract). Who has to do it ? a) Task leaders b) Project management c) Few information from each partner When is it due ? In Brussels: 45 days after the end of the rep. period => We need all input 30 days earlier, i.e. Oct. 15 th !
