E-Coaching Center Association of African Entrepreneurs (AAE) in partnership with

Who we are The Association of African Entrepreneurs (AAE) is a Ghana based organization providing support to and working with Small Scale Operators (comprising the informal sector, micro-operators) in rural areas in Africa

Our vision “AAE’s vision is to be the voice of change and serve as a platform for dialogue among African people as well as to engage the international community’s support in promoting the entrepreneurial spirit in Africa” Cornelius Nartey, Founder

Taking up the cause Unemployment is a major issue that confronts Africa today Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the key to ending poverty and bringing development In rural areas, women and young entrepreneurs face great difficulties in start their businesses. They lack access to technologies and experienced mentors

E-Coaching Center In line with our vision, we aim to equip local entrepreneurs with the power of the internet Under the E-Coaching Center program, young entrepreneurs will be matched to experienced mentors (E-coaches), located all over the globe These E-coaches will be sourced with the help of our partners YEN (Youth Employment Network) E-coaches from all over the world can then provide business support and advice to young entrepreneurs, accompanying them through the exciting process of setting up their own businesses

Additional benefits In addition to providing an inspiring environment for entrepreneurs, the E-coaching center will also bring technology to rural areas It will offer job opportunities for locals inspiring the rural community to be part of the innovation

Help us build a self-governed future. Today. Thank You!
