Or get paid “As Earned” and enjoy a continuous commission stream Either way, residual commissions are earned after the first year.

Select the month and year and the report will reflect that month’s Assurant production:

Once your production goals have been met, SBGI will reimburse you based on sales production. Typically the bonus is sufficient to keep a hard-working agent in leads—make an average major medical sale on one out of 8 leads and the reimbursement will buy about 8 more.
