Teddy Bear Sleepover November 2015 Brook Hollow Library

Yesterday, boys and girls dropped off their favorite friends for a sleepover at the Brook Hollow Library. This is what happened when the library closed…

Ms. Rachael left Spike in charge.

The librarians said goodnight to the friends.

The friends wanted to see what there was to do in the library when it closed.

Everyone knows there are lots of books to read. Steggy thought he would show Bumpy a little bit about his family history.

Uh oh! Minnie fell in the crate!

That’s better.

Before things got too out of hand, Spike showed the others some fun things to do in the library that weren’t so crazy.

Some friends decided to play with the car.

The light is red. That means stop!

Elephant started a game of Jenga.

Some friends wanted to play with the play dough.

They all liked the rolling pins.

And the cookie cutters.

Some of the friends decided to get the blocks out.

They all joined in the fun.

Someone has a new doghouse!

The friends wanted to try out their “mad science skills.”

Minnie and Steggy like science, too.

And there was a fun pretend washing machine!

And a dryer, too!

But everyone wanted to do a craft.

Just as the friends were getting really hungry…

“Keep the change.”

PIZZZZAAAA!!!

Nipper took a bite of Obiwan Kenobi’s pizza when he wasn’t looking.

And everybody ate.

YUM!

Ooops!

Elmo feels bad. 

Elmo looks up “stain removal” on the computer. “Don’t feel bad, Elmo.”

After dinner, it was time for the friends to wind down.

It was time to get ready for bed.

Some friends wanted to build a blanket fort.

And they told spooky stories.

Then they all had a sweet treat.

Spike read the friends a goodnight story.

It was a busy evening. Goodnight, everyone.
