RTI RTI for Articulation RTI for Language Parish-wide Screening Form Changes in Bulletin 1508 Procedures for Initial Evaluations RTI for Fluency If a child has been referred for fluency, give the screening test noting any dysfluencies and secondary characteristics. If the child is dyfluent at least 5% of the time, refer for RTI. If the child has been referred for language concerns. Screen the child with the RPSB screening tool. Check his grades and DRA score. Consult with the teacher to see where his weaknesses are. Screen child with the RPSB Screening tool. Using the Iowa-Nebraska norms, if the student has one or more developmentally significant errors that are stimuable, he is eligible for RTI. Changes in the bulletin include RTI Educational Evaluation by Educational Diagnostician

Waivers Parent Permission Teacher interview Submit to Pupil Appraisal Secretary Re-Evaluation Must re-evaluate to dismiss—No referral packet needed. Complete referral packet for New Concerns and send to SBLC.

Address- Enter you code and password Enter your student’s name or Social Security Number Fill in each field If it is a re-evaluation or waiver put the waiver date. It cannot be submitted until Ms. Gee enters it for Pupil Appraisal. If you have declassified a student-Submit a Lanser form but do not write and IEP. Remember that each child must have a measurable annual goal. Only children who are taking alternate assessments will have objectives written. Validate the IEP to see what needs to be completed.
