Proposal The proposal is for change to the Nominations process for the following Awards; Hugh Phillips Award Willie Brown Award Shanks Jack Award Any other Awards would remain a status quo, being a written nomination to the secretary 7 days prior to the September Members Meeting

Why Change? Current System doesn’t work Constitution hinders the process Open and transparent process Allow all Members to be considered for an Award Allow everyone to have an input into who are the recipient of the Top Awards are...

HOW DOES IT WORK? Members can send a written letter/ recommendation for a Member to be discussed at the Meeting At the August Executive Meeting the Executive will discuss all 3 Awards and will choose a Minimum of 3 Nominees for each Award.

HOW DOES IT WORK? At the August Members Meeting the Executive will announce at least 3 candidates chosen for each Award

HOW DOES IT WORK? A web page via the Association website will be created for an online voting ballot...

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each Member on the Association list will receive an with there UNIQUE VOTING CODE for each Award

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All Votes are completely anonymous

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Voting will close and at the September Members Meeting the winning recipients of the Awards will be announced along with any other nominations logged via the normal nominations process. In the result of a tied vote the Executive Committee will have the deciding vote
