The Liberty Bell This exhibit show how the Bell’s image was used on everything from ice cream molds to wind chimes.

The Liberty Bell X-rays give an insider’s view, literally, of the Bell’s crack and inner-workings.

The Liberty Bell The Liberty bell is made of: 70% copper, 25% tin, and small amounts of lead, zinc, arsenic, gold, and silver. It hangs from what is believed to be its original yoke, made from American elm, also known as slippery elm.

The Liberty Bell “Your interest in supporting Independence National Historical Park is deeply appreciated. The park has always relied upon the generosity of individuals, families, organizations, foundations, corporations and small businesses.” “If you choose to make a gift to the site it will be used to support preservation and programming or may be directed to a specific purpose such as acquisitions. We rely heavily on the generosity and kindness of our visitors, and we thank you for past your support and look forward to future public spiritedness.”
