New Inventory Functionality Coming New functionality – Physical inventory – Returns – Adverse storage conditions Plan is to train the pilot sites first and then rollout to all other sites

Roundtable Southern: – We are having trouble setting the user defaults (follow up with Maureen or Dawn) – Issue with compatibility settings, its been helpful to have IT support – After training, someone is being assigned to touch base with the user and reassure them or provide support

Roundtable Prairie Mountain Health – Trainers have been meeting this week and planning in addition to providing training – Was good to see our trainers in action – Prep for inventory went well Interlake Eastern – Will be loading inventory for 2 single nurse offices where the nurses are trainers and they will go live – Some side by side training in 2 weeks – March 19 and 23 for Mass imms training. – First school on March 26

Roundtable Thompson – 4 pilot nurse users – All staff have used the videos – Doing side by side coaching and them putting them live after. WRHA – Starting training next week with clerks – Did a practice training session in January for Senior Admin staff.
