What is Title I? Federally Funded Program Ensures a high-quality education for all students

Title I Funds  Feldwood ES received a FY2016 federal allocation of $333,184 to provide additional support for the school wide program. Funds must supplement, not supplant district funds.

Title 1 Funds  Instructional- $145,971  Supplemental Salaries for 2 Title 1 teachers  Supplemental substitute pay for Title 1 teachers  Benefits  Improvement of Instruction- $154,486 (includes salary and benefits)  Data Support Specialist  Instructional Coach

 Student Transportation- $1,000  Transportation for Extended Day (afterschool tutorial Nov.- Feb.)  One percent (1%) of Feld wood's total is spent on parent involvement activities- $1,000  Supplies, resources books for K-5 parents  Other Support Services- $36,728  Parent Liaison  Classified Employee Services during Parent Workshops  Contracted Teacher to support Parent Workshops Title 1 Funds
