Logins NOVELL-which will place you on the district network GROUPWISE-- SCHOOL LOOP--communication with parents ONLINE ATTENDANCE—to be taken daily EMPLOYEE PORTAL - Information, Records and Forms SUBFINDER - absence reporting system COMPASS—access to the standards and other instructional resources
Login Usually the same for Novell, GroupWise and Compass A combination of the first two letters of your first name and… The first five letters of your last name (if you have five letters) Example: Cindy Lane is cilane (or Julie Leach is juleach)
Novell Login Be sure to select your school and teachers in the location.

Online Access to GroupWise at Home Go to the district website: Select GroupWise under the staff tab. The login is your before sign. Password is the same one you use with regular GroupWise.

Staff Access Closed Website—staff only Home Access Available—if high speed available
The First Time You Log Into Compass… It will ask you to change your password. It will then kick you out of Compass and ask you to log in again. You will need to use your new password to access Compass from that point on.
