What I Have Learned So Far in EEES 2500 Tiffany Boring

Excel In Excel I learned how to graph sin(x), cos(x), sin(x)+cos(x), (sin(x))^2, and sin(x^2).

Excel I also learned to make data do what I want. I learned how to take a list of numbers and organize them into groups

Surfer In Surfer I learned how to take a list of data collected about an area elevation and turn it into a contour map. I learned how to add color to a map and label axis and a key.

Surfer Also in surfer I learned how to blank out parts of data that the computer placed in and was not really part of the data collected instead it was the computer’s educated guess for it.

Illustrator In Illustrator, I learned how to add color to a black and white picture and over lap shapes to show different things.

Illustrator I learned how to better a map through making the important things stand out and also give it a more consistent flow.

You can make equations, change size and font of writing, and make designs with works and pictures in them. Also, you can import pictures from off the web and wash them out among other things.

Photoshop In Photoshop I learned how to take a picture and omit what I do not want in the picture. Like in the second picture the yellow blanket is now covering up the man that was sitting there before. I also learned how distort photos like the third one what is stain glassed.
