YES!!! Self esteem affects what people do, how the feel, and even who they are! Starts at birth … Who affects and individual’s self esteem development?

You will need a blank piece of paper……  Rip your piece of paper in to 6  On each one write a positive trait/quality about yourself  Wait for directions …

 Messages from others that indicate who they think you are or what they think you are like  Can be positive or negative  More positive feedback = higher self esteem  More negative feedback = lower self esteem
