Behavior towards the colleagues  Be polite with your colleagues  Don‘t make unfriendly remarks about colleagues  In general, you can call your colleagues in a respectful form, but if your employer offers you to use the polite form you can do this (“Tu“ in French, “Du“ in German, “You“ in English)
