Company Overview -900 Conductors -80 Rail Traffic Controllers -400 Engineers -Over 1200 pieces of Rolling Stock. -Over 700 Trains Operated Daily. -Annual Ridership of 83 Million Customers Route Miles of Track Serving 125 Stations in New York and Connecticut. Second Largest Commuter Railroad in the Country.

-In 1983, Metro-North assumed the control of passenger rail responsibilities from Conrail. -May 17 th 2013, there was a main line high speed collision between two opposing trains at Bridgeport, CT resulting in 70 injuries. -May 28 th 2013, Track Supervisor on an out of service track was fatally struck by a train in West Haven, CT. What Brought Us To The C3RS Program?

-December 1 st 2013, a Hudson Line express train derailed at Spuyten Duyvil Station in Bronx, NY resulting in 4 fatalities and 61 injuries

C3RS Implementation : -IMOU finalized on September 16, PRT Staffing finalized in December C3RS Training Program instituted for all PRT members in January C3RS Employee Roll Out Mid April C3RS Management Roll Out Early April 2015
