Where we are coming from : Dakar 15 countries met and define the following objectives : Fundraising for the implementation of the platform Advocacy activities for special occasion for pneumoniae day June 2014: funding agreement by GAVI December 2014 : Launch of the OAFRESS network at the francophonie international conference in Dakar under supervision of Benin; Ivory Coast and Senegal Ministries of health 2015 : Implementation meeting with 18 countries CSO representatives

Priorities definition and achievements Relationship with ICC A proposal drafted by our members - Ensure the continuity of the activities planned - Ensure the implication of all the member organizations at the same level - Design a good communication system among members between them. N.B : 10/17 of our members are activily participating in the ICC. Participation in the Gavi policies elaboration and governance Main proposal is to bring Gavi integrate french as a working language and/or translate systematically the documents produced. Domestic Resources and Budget Tracking The coalition 15% is adopted as a label an a way of advocating in the francophone region. The instigator is traveling to help implementing the process. Capacity building Capacity building within members  Mentoring and coaching solution to help the weak country members to build or sustain their networks.The work is done by by members themselves. i.e Burkina is assisting CAR to organise a stronger immunization network. Cameroon with the Coalition 15%, is working on skills transfert in Guinea to help them track the budget. Capacity building through partners and technical committee  AMP is engaged in assisting mauritania  An action plan 2016 with Unicef is being elaborated by end December with focus on participation skills of the communities. A presentation of the guide written by Fabio Friscia is going to be presented to the coordination by mid december.  Preparing a communication skills workshop by february with Oxfam America  Identification of the champions o 6 criterias identified to choose by end December our 5 champions A training on advocacy will be provided for them

Communication Internet and social networks  A dynamic listserv  A regularly updated :  Website  Twitter  Facebook - Articles  News pieces coming from members are regularly published but also  Interviews of platform and technical committee are written by the coordination.  Weekly updates of main articles are send to members to remind them to visit the website To date : s exchanged – 2 newsletters published and 1000 persons reached. Visual communication  A communication kit is being produced  Kakemono prints are made

Challengies Promote the platform Oafress at the country, regional and international level. Build a framework to be desseminated to all the members in order to capture reliable information at the ground level to be communicated to the steering committee. Intensify the building of the skills commonly used by all the members. Scaling up with the mentoring system within the CSOs by priorities activities.
