Job Requirements  The majority of injuries seen at the Inside Sports Clinic are sports related.  The equipment needed to treat the patients are mostly strengthening equipment  Weight machines, elastic bands, aerobic balls, and dumbbell  Some equipment also needed to treat patents are muscle stimulators, heat packs, ice machines, and a spine decompression machine  A patients first visit they are diagnosed by Tony then he decides weather to keep the patient or to send them to Bret  Tony deals with spines and most joints and extremities  After evaluating joints, Tony sends them over to Bret for PT  Bret deals with most joint injuries and minor spine strengthening

The Job  The medical field is always changing so Dr. Phillips does a lot of research to determine what new equipment would benefit his business. Tony visits many medical conventions to learn about new techniques. The possibilities of the job are for tony to expand his business to multiple locations. The rewards for the job include helping people with their injuries and making money.

This is a spine decompression machine. Patients with back pain have their backs decompressed and their pain is normally relieved. PT Elastic Bands The elastic bands are used for strengthening a body part after an injury.
