Grading and Regulations

Grading Midterm : 30% Final : 30% Attendance and Participation : 40% Attendance and participation include: Present yourself for classes Your behavior in each class

Attendance -- Present yourself for classes Roll-call : Frequency: 5~8 / a semester Grading: 5~6 points / each time Absence : 0 point Taking a leave (no matter what kind of reasons) : half of the points or less Late-in : deduct the points (varied with the case) Ex. Come in at last 40 min of the second class – 0 point

Participation - Your behavior in each class The following are NOT allowed: No Sleeping; No Talking; No Cell Phone; No i-Phone; No APP; No Laptop; No i- Pad; No Other Materials Reading Be sure to have the textbook / class teaching materials or contents in the class Any violation of the rules will be deducted the points without notice
