Senior Staff Engagement Workshop February Ice Storm, Conroe, 2011 Workshop Purpose: To enable Center directors to collectively roll out the ETBHN Strategic Plan to senior staff and cascade a change management model to facilitate the implementation of the plan.

Our Objectives Understand current challenges underlying plan Work collaboratively together Develop implementation suggestions Employ common change management model Identify change leader competencies Craft a compelling change message
