Reward System Mana Cards - Termly: 10 = postcard home & 5 hapu points 15 in any one behaviour = gel band 25 = MANA trading - bucket hat - school pen - USB gel band - movie / food
Using Data EBS results inform staff PLD and PB4L committee Student well-being survey (NZCER) used to inform PB4L lesson content and individual teacher feedback received Big 5 -informs deans of trends & individual students Positive rewards also inform deans of positive progress / comparisons starting to be made to student issues and correlation to MANA cards (focusing on the positives - 95% of student body).
