2,000+ MINISTERS PASTORING AS REPORTED FROM OUR MONITORING DIVISION, YEAR 2011.

2,000+ PASTORS AS OF OUR NATIONAL GOAL: 1,000,000 SOULS 1,000,000 souls/ 2,000 pastors = souls/5 yrs = souls/12 mos. = souls per month/ per local church. (Achievable ).

IF 10 SOULS PER MONTH 120 SOULS PER YEAR 600 SOULS IN FIVE YEARS/LOCAL CHURCH 600 X 2000 PASTORS = 1,200,000 SOULS 10 SOULS PER MONTH IS THE MINIMUM. MAXIMUM NO LIMIT.

15 DISTRICTS NATIONWIDE – UPC-PHIL. 1,000,000 souls/ 15 Districts = 66, (67,000) 67,000 souls / district. 67,000 souls / 5yrs. = 13,400 souls/yr.

 District goal(s) to be distributed to the number of sections within the district, down to the number of pastors in the section.  Comments:  Somewhat hard to the smaller districts and sections.

P ROJECTION For Children’s Church

The average projection for every local church is 30 OMSIFY kids

AGE LEVEL Level 1: 3 yr to 5 yr old = 10 children Level 2: 6 yr to 8 yr old = 10 children Level 3: 9 yr to 11 yr old = 10 children 30 children

LEVEL UP UPON REACHING THE AGE OF 12 FROM CHILDREN TO TEEN CLASS (12 to 15)

Thus in the next five years, the expected result from the response of the 2,000 local churches nationwide is as follows: 60,000 OMSIFY KIDS

30 OMSIFY kids x 2,000 churches = 60,000 OMSIFY kids in 5 years. *Maintain to educate for five years. Teens were not yet counted. Realize the power of children’s ministry in the next 5 yrs.

P ROJECTION For Needed Ministers THROUGH - Bible Schools - Sectionalized Training

NEEDED MINISTERS

Numbers of Pastors needed to pastor the 1,000,000 million souls: With an average attendance of 100 per local church: 1,000, = 10,000 Pastors

Itemized below is the number of students expected to graduate from BS in the next 5 years: BEST-210 AIM-175 BEAM-150 NETS-150 ACTS-250 Palawan-100 TOTAL- 1,035 Through Bible Schools

There is yet a remaining number of 6,065 in the projection (8,000 – 1,035 = 6,065).

The aim is to equip and train 30 trainees, in each of the 54 sections nationwide, every year. Through Sectionalized Training

If this shall be done in the next 5 years, the expected result is as follows:

30 trainees x 54 sections x 5 years = 8,100 ministers.

2,000 Current Ministers 1,035 Graduates of BS 8,100 Through Sectionalized Training 11,135 Total Ministers in five years
