Prior Representation Prior to now TSA Managerial, Law Enforcement and Professional staff employees had little or NO dedicated representation for their titles. NO dedicated lobby efforts for Managerial, Law Enforcement or Professional Staff Employees to improve working conditions. In the end the Supervisors, Managers and certain Professional staff employees were removed from their unions membership roles at TSA. Second the FLRB concluded that these titles could not be part of the same unions which the TSA rank and file belong to. There was no meaningful discussion with Managerial membership or input regarding this action on the Supervisors & Managers while collecting your union dues. At the same time barring these titles from holding union leadership positions, and voting rights in their Locals. In other words; You were stripped of your Democratic processes and found no relief for dues paid over the period of time as a union member. With LEEBA you are the main objective. The members make the organization and members exercise full rights and privileges as members. You elect your leadership and practice full Democratic principals and values within the organization. LEEBA is Leadership for TSA Managers, Supervisors, Law Enforcement personnel and Professional Staff Employees. Join us and find out what so many members already know. TSA Supervisors, Managers, Law Enforcement & Professional Staff Employees Join LEEBA For The Right MOVE!
