MM FAMILY NIGHT OUT Volunteer Training

SIGN-IN AND VOLUNTEER MATCHING  Please sign-in so we know you are here  Please make a name-tag  Please find your name matched with a participant card  The participant card will give you information about your buddy for the evening.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

MEET AND GREET  Smile  Introduce Yourself  Ask parent if there is anything extra you should know  Converse with your participant  Compliments are always good  Have fun! Feel free to find a staff member anytime you need anything. We are here to assist you.

A FEW RULES  No cell phone use unless there is an emergency.  Please refrain from taking pictures of your participant.  Please find another volunteer or staff member to help walk your participant to the bathroom and remain with you until the participant is finished. There must always be two people with one participant when he or she needs to use the restroom.  The bounce house is for our younger participants only.

APPLICATION AND SAFE GATHERINGS  If you are a NEW volunteer and OVER the age of 16 please complete a volunteer application.  Our church requires volunteers age16 and older to become Safe Gatherings certified. You may access this online training at safegatherings.com, if you wish to continue to volunteer with us.
