Mini-Lesson Helping verbs: Using the foldable we made… Define helping verb. Helping verb – a verb that “helps” an action verb or linking verb. Copy the quotes provided (see below). Underline the helping verbs that are helping the action verbs and linking verbs. After the helping verb is underlined, draw an arrow to the verb it is helping.
