3 -Found a local hall with off street parking -Prepared a clinically safe environment -Provided medical supplies and equipment -Arranged staffing and volunteer responsibilities -Used leaflets, posters, briefings to promote the service -Developed recordkeeping and treatment procedures -Devised creative and enjoyable way to cover costs HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? A passionate team of NHS clinicians worked with a group of volunteers and:

4 -Welcome and treat members with compassion and kindness -Seek to understand and support the clinicians -Ensure arrangements benefit all parties -Constantly recruit and train new volunteers -Have professional meetings at appropriate times -Raise funds in enjoyable ways at enjoyable events -Issue quarterly newsletters to promote services and events HOW CAN THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN?
