my issue is banning books The practice of challenges or Banning Books has long been a strategy used to label reading materials as offensive on moral, religious, or political grounds.

POINT During times of crisis, challengers to freedom of expression become more pronounced. It is not unusual for governments to attempt to thwart subversion and dissent by restricting the exchange of the information between citizens.

COUNTERPOINT  Book Banning in schools or public libraries generally begins when a concerned parent or group of parents takes issue with a literary text on (usually) moral grounds, although some textbooks have been condemned for their perspectives on civic values and history. Throughout the twentieth century, a number of classic books consistently appeared on banned book lists.
